Black pine resin / Karasakiz is a natural product that grows in the forests of the Marmara, Mediterranean, Aegean, South Anatolia and Western Black Sea regions. To obtain the resin, you harvest the resin that comes out of the wood when a tree is felled. Under no circumstances should you cut into a healthy tree to extract the resin!

Black pine resin/karasakiz stimulates blood circulation and metabolism, relaxes the muscles and loosens the connective tissue, relieves pain and helps with rheumatism, arthrosis, lumbago, sciatica, muscle pain, tension, shoulder, neck and back pain, disc problems and many other complaints of the musculoskeletal system. It is also very helpful for lung problems or inflamed skin areas.

• Application:

The unpacked, hard mass is heated with a hair dryer until a rubbery, sticky mass is formed. The mass is then applied to the area to be treated in a thickness of 1-2 cm. Before use, carefully test the temperature with the back of your hand. This is to avoid any undesirable heat reactions on the skin. Then wrap it with a cloth or foil. Leave it on overnight if necessary or wait until the mass comes off on its own. When removing, heat the treated area again with a hair dryer and carefully remove it.
