- Application
The strawflower contains essential oils, flavonoids and bitter substances. It has a digestive, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect and also promotes the body's own defense mechanisms.
- preparation
Add 1 tablespoon of strawflowers to a cup (approx. 150 ml) of hot water. Allow to steep for 5 - 10 minutes, strain and drink. Drink 1 cup of freshly prepared tea 3 times a day.
